For breakfast today Mary had the avocado toast and some scrambled eggs. They embellish almost all of their dishes with tiny tomatoes or little blossoms and sprigs of herbs from their gardens.
We spent most of the day in the room catching up on future travel related stuff and working on photos…we are so many trips behind. But Mary is managing to keep up on the Costa Rica trip. That will help a lot in the long run.
We slept in a bit and had a very late breakfast. In the afternoon we opted for a snack of a smoothie and some cookies at the hotel’s snack bar. And then a lovely evening in the main dining room. No sunset tonight.
